Works great. Here are a few things to be pointed out:
1. It is an offline dictionary. Doesnt require internet access.
2. It does not have an Arabic keyboard but that is because it uses the iOS system keyboard, so if you need to input in Arabic, dont complain, just go to settings and add the Arabic keyboard (some reviewer was complaining).
3. The user interface is not very neat and isnt redesigned for iOS 7 yet. But who cares as long as it works well.
4. Do not expect to find a whole lot of medical terminology in it, youll be disappointed.
5. It is more than a translation tool, if you spend the time to learn the rest of the tools included youll realize how handy the app is.
6. There are instances of words merged together (errors), but that only showed up a couple of times.
7. I use this in addition to Google Translate, not one or the other.
Note: I am a native Arabic speaker, I use the dictionary mainly from English to Arabic. So not sure if point 7 above apply from Arabic to English.
Hope this helps.
